I’m Ahmad Badr — Strategist. Operator. Transformation partner.

For over 18 years, I’ve helped organisations rethink who they are, what they stand for, and how they grow. My work sits at the intersection of brand, business, and leadership — where clarity becomes a commercial advantage.

I don’t do agency theatre. I work directly with decision‑makers on decisions that matter.

MY EXPERIENCE

I’ve partnered with leadership teams across Europe and the Middle East to navigate growth, change and reinvention during high‑stakes transformational times — from national projects to global brands.

My work includes supporting NEOM and Riyadh Air on greenfield projects that set new benchmarks in the region, helping Capgeminin and Raiffeisen Bank define their strategic narrative and building the brand foundations for long‑term growth. I’ve guided Sainsbury’s and IAG (British Airways) in creating a brand‑led business strategy for their expanding portfolios. I’ve also worked with global operators like Reckitt, and General Mills on expansion, portfolio clarity, and creating relevance with new audiences and markets.
